Our latest order from indie dyer Juno Fibre Arts has arrived!

There’s nothing more lovely than a skein of hand-dyed sock yarn! Buffy Sock from Juno Fibre Arts is no exception, we have ten exclusive variegated colours that are very much representative of Juno’s signature look. Buffy is dyed in small batches; each skein is unique and just perfect for hand knitting socks, although these beautiful skeins spun from Bluefaced Leicester wool are equally great for knitting other small projects too!

I’m a sucker for merino wool which is why adding Milly DK and Milly Standard to our range of yarns was a no brainer.  Both offer incredible softness that are just crying out to be knitted into sweaters and cardigan, with the added bonus of being superwash, although personally I think it wise to hand wash anything hand knitted when you've spent time lovingly making it! We have ten repeatable semi-solid colours initially but hope to extend the colours on offer over time.

And finally one for all you lace knitters, Maisie Fine. We’ve eight semi-solid colours in this plied lofty yarn, all non-repeatable colour. Spun from extra fine merino wool and silk, each plump skein is a generous 1200m , so more than enough to knit a large shawl. The only problem will be deciding on the colour!
